Histio Hike Shenandoah

April 26 - 28, 2024

Welcome!

Histio Hike Shenandoah is celebrating 15 years! We invite you to join us to celebrate Histio Warriors and their supportive families and friends in beautiful Shenandoah National Park. We are proud of the Hike's history in supporting the Histiocytosis Association’s mission of education and research. Through the generosity of our hikers and their friends and family, we have raised a cumulative total of over $880,000 in donations!

College Scholarship Opportunity

Education is near and dear to our hearts. In this milestone 15th year of Histio Hike Shenandoah we are excited to continue the Histio Warrior Scholarship by earmarking 10% of the Hike proceeds received by April 28, 2024 to fund a college scholarship. This dedicated Histio Warrior scholarship will be awarded in May 2024 through the Histiocytosis Association's Student Scholarship Program!

As a special incentive, the Hike Team with the highest fundraising total at the start of the hike will have the honor of naming this specific scholarship in honor of their Team’s Histio Warrior for 2024.

Based on the average funds raised through previous Histio Hikes, this Histio Warrior scholarship could be $5,000 or more – but it will only be possible with YOUR help!! What a difference this can make in the upcoming academic year for one of our Histio Community families!  Learn more about this opportunity and other scholarships offered by the Histiocytosis Association here
