Team Captain Team Ian 2024 Histio Hike Shenandoah

Support Me

I am of course completely biased but I think Ian is one extraordinary human. He battled histio for nearly 5 years and has grown into a kind, empathetic, and funny young man. I'm so grateful to the Histiocytosis Association, our hike family, and our friends and family for the support and love over the years. It's hard to believe this is our 15th hike! Ian was still in treatment when we started this back in 2010 and now he's a freshman in college. It's been an amazing journey to see the hike through these years and we look forward to seeing everyone in beautiful Shenandoah National Park once more.

Please consider donating to support the Association's continued efforts to help patients and families diagnosed with histio. While the search for more effective treatments and, ultimately, a cure continues, the Histiocytosis Association is dedicated to supporting and empowering the patients and families who live with these devastating diseases every day.

Thank you for supporting our Hike and the Histiocytosis Association.

 Tracy

Please note: the fundraising thermometers track both donations and registration fees. Registration fees are used to cover a portion of the costs of running Histio Hike Shenandoah. The remaining costs are donated by the event hosts. One-hundred percent of donations go to the Histiocytosis Association in support of its mission and programs.
